The ICFR Library Form is completed by applicants requiring access to information stored in the ICFR’s Library. By signing the application, the applicant confirms that the information provided is true and correct; that their employment, student and membership status is current, and that this may be confirmed externally by the relevant stakeholders for registration and annual renewal. ICFR confirms that the information received is processed according to its POPI policy and privacy statement, which is available on the ICFR website. By submitting this form, the applicant consents to the ICFR processing personal information, agrees to comply with the ICFR’s Information Policy, and respects project confidentiality and legislative requirements related to the use or transfer of information obtained through the ICFR.
